Greater Things Sports Ministry – Terms and Conditions
By joining and participating in the training sessions and activities conducted by Greater Things Sports Ministry, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Purpose of Media Usage
Photos and videos may be taken during training sessions and events.
These images and videos will be used only for purposes related to Greater Things Sports Ministry, such as:
Documentation of training progress
Promotion of the ministry’s activities
Social media, website, or printed materials showcasing the program
No images or videos will be sold or used for unrelated or commercial purposes outside the ministry’s mission.
2. Liability for Injuries
Participation in sports training involves physical activity that may lead to injury.
By agreeing to these terms, you understand that Greater Things Sports Ministry is a community outreach program and does not carry medical or accident insurance for players.
In the event of injury, the ministry, its coaches, staff, or volunteers are not financially responsible for any hospital, treatment, or rehabilitation expenses.
Participants and their families take full responsibility for any medical costs resulting from injuries sustained during training or events.
3. Coaches and Staff Role
All coaches and staff involved in the ministry are volunteers or part of a community mission. They are not personally liable for any incident or injury that may occur.
Their role is to train, guide, and support participants in a safe and responsible manner.
4. Communication with Parents/Guardians
Greater Things Sports Ministry is committed to maintaining open and regular communication with the parents or guardians of each participant.
Updates, incident reports, schedule changes, or concerns will always be communicated clearly and promptly.
We believe in full transparency and cooperation with families.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the training and joining our activities, you and/or your guardian agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
You understand and accept the risks, limits of liability, and purpose of media use under this agreement.
